One happy customer right here. Rich Strong was very helpful and worked with us to bring the price of our 2018 Rav4 to what we want to pay. Ms Nicole is the highlight of our visit. She gave us a very detailed explanation of all the paperwork we have to sign and she patiently answered all the silly(stupid) questions thrown at her. Thanks Ms Nicole and Rich.
We have our vehicle serviced at Allen Toyota every 5000 miles and have received excellent service every visit. We had a issue with our rear seat on one of the visits and it was fixed during our service visit. I would recommend using Allen Toyota for all of your Toyota needs!
I took my 2017 Toyota Rav4 in for its scheduled oil change. Not only was my vehicle treated with loving care but I was treated great. They even made my next appointment for me so I wouldn't need to try to remember to call for an appointment when the next time came around. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Honestly, we have went to 4 different Toyota dealerships looking at cars in the past few days. We went back to Allen Toyota to purchase simply because they were the most personable people that seem to care about you, the buyer and what I️ wanted.
