I have been a customer with Allen Toyota for almost a year and I can honestly say I had great customer service. I want to make a big shout out to DAVID POTTER because he has helped me so much with my vehicle. I needed a paint job on my vehicle and Mr.Potter made sure that he updated me and not only that, knowing that I work he was able to prepare my paperwork and get me in and out. He made sure everything went smooth and kept me informed about my vehicle. He is the definition of great customer service. Thank you
Had car serviced. Top was left off of battery. Battery had fluid on top of it (2017 car should not have anything on it ) cap left off of wiper fluid container. And they checked my oil filter which they change last time. Saying that it would be $35 if I wanted them to change it. And left out most of my stuff in glove box, was laying on the seat. We live in Fl and go to Allen Toyota for all our services and have for 4 years now. The service department there is top notch. We have a Prius that was bought in Fl but there service is 3* so instead our next Prius will come from Allen Toyota. Thank You that take such great care of our car.
