My wife and I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla we have the service plan with Allen Toyota. About a year ago the maintenance department broke one of the hubcaps when rotating the tires. They claimed it was broken upon arrival. The hubcap ending up coming off and rolling down the road while exiting the dealership. After arguing for weeks about it I finally broke down and purchased a new hubcap for over $100 dollars. Went in yesterday to have my AC looked at in my 2011 Corolla, everyone was super nice and friendly. Took about an hour, time FLEW by with all the friendly staff helping me.
Great dealership. No pressure at all. We came in, found the truck we wanted, Rusty Bond was a excellent salesman. He got us a great deal on the truck and made the entire process quick and easy. Go see Rusty and you won't be disappointed.
In area on vacation. Was able to schedule 20,000 mile service appointment for the following day. Very friendly staff and gave some advise on places in the area to try. Serviced my vehicle fast . The rep even gave me his card to call if I had any vehicle problems along the way back home so that he could assist me, if needed. No complaints at all. Thank you

I purchased a 2017 Camry SE in July. One of the sales managers, Roger Carter had Doneisha call me and said come pick up my new car. I told I'm I wasn't interested in getting a new car bc I didn't want the new car note. I was currently driving a 2015 Nissan Altima that I purchased in 2014 and HATED. Long story short.
