Third vehicle I bought from Allen Toyota. Worked with Lee Baker. Very nice and friendly man. He was honest with everything, and even the managers came out to talk with me. Everyone was kind and thanked me for coming in. Great place.
I've had verging degrees of satisfaction with wait times, but always satisfied with the service...I've learned they are NOT certified NASCAR Pit Crews, and customer safety is first! Yesterday's wait under thirty minutes, best yet!
They changed the leaf springs on my Tacoma. I don't have the taco squeak anymore! �
Great first experience! When the service staff (I think her name was Michelle) found out it was my first time there she walked me around to show me where everything was. I used the free wifi to get some work done while I had some free bottled water and popcorn. After a quick hour my car was freshly washed and ready to go. They weren't trying to push additional services on me and told what could wait until next service. I'll for sure use them for all my service while we're stationed here. Thanks!!!
