Went there yesterday to get my oil changed. They made my appointment at 5:15. They close the service at 6pm. No one greeted me at the car went inside and everyone seemed not to want to help. Now I only asked for a oil change. They get done and he say ok oil change and tire rotation done. First of all I never said rotate my tires as I had it done earlier in the day at Sam's. I just purchased a vehicle from Allen Toyota and I cannot even begin to say enough good things about Paul O'Bannon. He went above and beyond in helping me and I can honestly say that you couldn't meet a more honest and nicer person if you tried! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Allen Toyota provided the most outstanding service when I leased my vehicle last year. Throughout the entire process, their service has been excellent so much so that I will be back to purchase another vehicle in the future.
The sales person answered his cell phone & walked away from me when I was in the middle of a conversation with him. No "excuse me" or "pardon me", nothing. The next time I spotted him, he was talking to someone else. Because of his rudeness I will not return.
I went took a look at Dodge Charger , test drove it and sat down with the salesman. We really liked the car, but we had to decide if we could afford it. Said we would call them once we decided. It only took us like an hour , we called back and told them we wanted the car and we'd come the next morning to do the paperwork. He said that's fine.
