I bought the 2 year service package, on a new vehicle and it's only been a year. Every time I've been in even for scheduled maintenance I get the run around.
Sales team awesome! Service dept stinks. Jasmine over customer relations is rude, not helpful at all. The staff left our tire cover off after rotating our tires. When i called back to try to get a replacement, they accused us of "possibly it wasnt even on the vehicle to start with" and also Daniel stated, Those things are made so cheap, they break off and fall off frequently" not one apology!I am not recommending this place to anyone. I will go back to Hattiesburg Toyota dealership whom I have purchased from before!!!
I went in February 28th to end my lease with my 2015 Camry- to either refinance it or trade for a newer car. Well, Raymond showed me the 2018 Corolla and I instantly fell in love! The process was overall, easy. It really feels good to be 23 and have your own NEW car in YOUR name. � I’m in love with my Corolla, I’m blessed to have had Raymond take care of me, and I’ll forever be a customer ��
