We had a very negative experience at another dealer in town where they were pushy and insulting. When we came to Allen Toyota, it was like night and day!! Omar was so patient with us, and he genuinely cared about finding the perfect car for us. James gave us a great deal that worked within our budget. March 2013: We have been loyal customers to Allen Toyota for many years. After dealing with some paint issues on my new 2011 Toyota 4-runner, Allen Toyota repaired all the damages at no cost to us! They were very patient with me and I truly appreciate everything they have done for us!
