constantly was given invalid information. any time I had to go into the dealership, I was continuously stressed out with how pushy the people I had to deal with were. this was my first time buying a car and it honestly sucked! I regret not shopping around with other dealerships.

Bought new 2016 tundra. Upgraded rims only for them to peel. After several trips (40 miles each way) rims replaced at least twice. Here we are again rims peeled! Clearly defective! Now they refer me to Toyota Corp who offer half price of the 1500 paid! Come on man rims should be good for at least 5 or more years!! I will not buy anything at Allen and may switch to GM ! Took my Tundra in to get ujoints replaced. 4 hours later they said I needed $7,000 in repairs and ujoints replaced. They had not replaced the ujoints. Charged me $80 for the advice. Will never set foot on Allen property again.
