I recently was told that my mother has gotten a car from this place and basically she told me that the employee that was assisting her didn’t tell her the full price of the car... know that she isn’t from this country I felt that you guys took advantage of her and let her sign paper that was asking a lump of change when everything was sign. As a employee at this establishment you must help the consumer understand what they are about to go through with the deal... just moral of the story please read through the contract
They were supper friendly and very thorough with all the procedures done to my car. Mr. Brandon in the service made sure I had a shuttle ready to take me home so I didnt have to wait hours on end at the dealership. I am always happy with my experience from here.
My experience at Allen Toyota was amazing!! My sales associate, Kaytelin Stewart, had to put up with my cousin and I at the same time!! I could not have done it without her. Allen Toyota has by far the greatest customer service I've ever experienced. The atmosphere is friendly, spacious and clean. They also offer complimentary water and popcorn if you choose to wait on your vehicle to be serviced. They also impressed me with their exceptional service managers in how they make your time with Allen Toyota personal. They make you feel like you're family.
