had an 11 appointment today for a tire rotation got there at 10:50 I just left its 12:48 and they never even touch my car worst service department on the coast

I was pleased to get a service appointment as quickly as I did. All personnel at Allen Toyota are professional, respectful, and friendly. The waiting area is pleasant and attractive. I was given a suggestion of how to protect my vehicle from critters nibbling on the filter. I appreciate also that I was given an apology and explanation why my waiting time for service completion was a bit longer than usual. It's always a pleasure to go to Allen Toyota!
