RecommendedFirst service at Allen Toyota today since moving back from CA and although they initially overlooked rotating my tires, Jasmine made sure it was done and that I was compensated for the inconvenience. Look, mistakes happen especially when there is lots going on, but they owned it and made it right so I'm happy. I look forward to getting great service in December when I go back for my next scheduled service.

Eric was fantastic to deal with when looking at our most recent purchase. He was knowledgeable of the model we were interested in and was able to point out all of the safety features that mattered most to us. The guy I talk to this morning was rude just rube i told him my price range and he still tried to sell me something that was out of my price range and he said that I won’t be able to keep a truck that was in my price range
They nice people and had a car buy from Slidell took to them 3 times say nothing wrong Allen Toyota found problem less than a hour so I do business with them now I tell anyone if u want buy car go Allen Toyota they get u auto u want and do everything they can to put u in what u want. My second day on the job, out of all the car dealerships I've worked out this place has impressed me the most.
I originally purchased my 2017 Camry at Allen and have had it serviced there each time it was due. the service has always been prompt and courteous. I would recommend he entire organization..
The service department is always helpful and go out of their way to make the experience as easy and painless as possible. I never feel pressured to do anything I don’t want to. Brandon Eldridge goes above and beyond every time I come in to make it a pleasurable and personable experience.
