They fired a single mother because she couldn’t make it to a drug screening in a 30 minute time frame. She never even took the test. It’s unprofessional and screwed up y’all could fire someone for not making a test on time. You hmmmmm mine you christmas is in a week. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Allen Toyota. Paul O’Bannon is our sales person and I would like to just let everyone know that he truly is committed to the vehicles he sells. I had to have some service done on my new car! He stepped in and got me taken care of so that I could get on the road to spend Christmas with our family! It is so awesome to have a sales person who is committed to his customers! Thank you Paul for everything you did today!!! It has been awesome having you in our corner.
Your sales team are liars!!!! They were told not to "shop" our credit information and they did it anyway!! Then they tried to blame it on each other and stated that we signed the credit application anyway. That's because WE TOOK THEM AT THEIR WORD THEY WOULD NOT SHOP CREDIT APPLICATION! If they LIE about something so simple, what else do they lie about just to make a sale!!! DO NOT USE ALLEN TOYOTA, THEY ARE TYPICAL SCUM SALESMAN!!

Wayne Alewine, Great customer service. He has known my parents before I was born and known me since I was born. Always polite and goes to the extreme to earn your Business and make things easy on the purchase. I would call him a Veteran car salesman. He knows his stuff. They are awesome!! The serves writer was amazing. I had my Lexus towed here because there was not a Lexus dealership and Kenny Harris, my service writer was amazing!! Being a women by myself on the road and having these people go to the extreme to get me to Mobile safe, there is so much to be said for that!! Thank you so much!
