Came to Allen Toyota in the beginning of July. I needed a new car, so Miracle showed me around their inventory, used and new. I absolutely love her. I had to bring my Yaris in for a recall on airbags, while pulling door jam off to repair airbag valve a piece the previous owner glued together fell apart causing my entire window locking mechanism not to work. I was shocked 😳 had NO idea. But Andy in service went above and beyond to make things right. Always was in contact with me valued my time and my money and was sincere with his apology. While I realize the prices of the Camry and other cars has risen, the various ways to evaluate the most economical options was clearly provided to me by 'Raymond'. his patience with the car buying process, lease trade in and all the essentials seemed pretty comprehensive. 5th car from this dealership and only rarely have a walked away disappointed in the process. usually has depended on the person rather than the dealership's willingness to negotiate. Ms. Miracle Coneal got my daughter into a great used car for a great price. I let her know what I was looking for, as they didn’t have anything in-stock that would work. It took less than 3 days for her to find the perfect car. Rav-4. I definitely would recommend contacting Ms. Miracle if you are looking for a vehicle. She is very professional and driven.
Don't take your vehicle here for service. They are not honest. Brought my truck here for a recall. They tried to convince me I needed brakes immediately (among other things). Pulled the wheels and found all the brakes were in good shape with plenty of pad left. Rotors also in good shape. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Tristan Guthrie, the General Sales Manager, was impeccable. He made our purchasing experience stress free and super enjoyable. His salesman, Erick, checked on every detail and was on point. The finance manager, Mr. Smith was hilarious and we laughed thru the whole experience! They made car buying a wonderful experience! #newestlifelongcustomers
