WARNING: Do NOT buy a vehicle from Allen Toyota if you live in Louisiana! We are 52 days since we purchased a 2019 Tacoma and still can’t get a license plate! We’ve called the owner, general manager, salesman, to no avail. They have our money and don’t even care that we can’t legally drive our new truck!
We just bought a 2016 Toyota Sienna last night and traded in our Ford Explorer because we have a growing family and needed more room. Chuck Switzer helped us and got us taken care of pretty quickly. I'm amazed at how nice everyone was, usually dealerships are pushy and rude, but that was not the case with Toyota.
