This has been the most pleasant car buying experience that we have EVER had!! We have been buying our own cars since the seventies!! Our salesperson, Paul O’Bannon was excellent! He answered all of questions as well as providing a wealth of information on the vehicles we looked at. He was so patient with us. We can recommend Allen Toyota without hesitation! We got what we wanted and feel great about the deal we made driving our brand new Toyota!!!
EDIT: 30 minutes after I posted this we received a phone call saying our check was ready for pick up. They proceeded to ask if I could remove my post. He asked multiple time. So with that being said, I will not remove my post because we all have a free right of speech and people need to know the good, the bad, and the ugly of dealing with businesses. Thank you.
