Service department could not have been more rude and they certainly did not rekey to the tech what was wrong with the car , all they care about is if you got a new car , if it’s over 5 years old they will find a reason to put a another engine in your car .. this place is a Joke!!!

Called and got a 7:45 appointment and 2 hours still waiting after being told it would be no more than 1 1/2 hours. Took them and hour before they even popped the hood. Don’t make appointments if you don’t keep a schedule. Disappointed

We have 3 Toyota dealerships in our area. None of them wanted to work with us on trading in our 2019 Rav 4. I did some looking online and found Allen Toyota.
