I ordered 3 items back in Aug.($109 worth) and still havent received them as of today-12/15/22. I emailed them and they emailed back saying the people next door had a fire and they were dealing with *****, blah blah blah. I have emailed a couple more times but nothing really. My stuff is paid for so if I cant get my stuff I want a refund!!!! Not a very ********* or God like business if you treat your customers like this and steal their money.

I wish I would of read these reviews before ordering. I also ordered in Oct 2022 and we are now 1 week from Christmas and still nothing. I emailed them and same thing excuses. Going to stop payment on my order.

I ordered a necklace on Nov 4 - and still have not received - when I inquired about status I received canned responses about being short-staffed and a neighboring warehouse fire. My grand-daughters birthday has come and gone.. They certainly had enough staff to run my credit card on Nov 4th ... Still receiving emails trying to sell me more merchandise and I can't even get the one item I already ordered. Don't know if I will ever receive so I guess this is turning out to be a DONATION to a SMALL ******************* business .... read more

Would like to give a 0. Do not order from All things in Faith if you need your product quickly. I ordered 2 Christmas Shirts a month ago with the expectation to wear them in December pre Christmas. I keep here, " in production" will ship soon. By the time I receive them, I fear Christmas will be long gone. Please read all reviews, common issue, I wish I would have read them before ordering. I have ask them to cancel my order and refund, no response. Yet I still see them soliciting new orders when they can't fulfill their cur... read more

I made a purchase in October and it's 12/12 and I still have not received my order. I sent a request over a week ago, and they said it was because they had so many orders. Two days ago, I sent them an email, and told them to cancel my order, as it had been 30 business days late, and that the shipping I selected was only to be 3 to 5 business days. Yesterday they replied and said they would send it to another department to expedite the order, which means it wasn't even even processed, let alone ready to ship. So, they refuse ... read more

I wish I would have looked at all these complaints before I placed my order. I purchased a shirt on 11-20-22 and today 12-6-22 have still not received anything saying my shirt is being shipped. It is very unfortunate to have a company say they are a ********************** and pull something like this. SHAME ON YOU!!

Miserable company to deal with. Never received my order and they came up with excuse after excuse. Filed a claim against them with my bank. That is when they finally shipped my order. The two hats I ordered came in and are the worst fitting hats I have ever seen. Bulky, awkward looking, and too much material used. They also sent a letter saying they will not issue refunds but if something does not fit right they will replace it with the exact same item. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I ordered a t-shirt on July 19th. It is now December 1st and when I email them, all I get is excuses. I would not buy from this company. They have plenty of time to fill my inbox with emails and my phone with texts, but apparently do not have the time to print a short-sleeved shirt. It wasn't even a custom design, but just one of their regular shirts. This is so disappointing.

I ordered in February 2022 a faith necklace stainless steel, I understand a fire and Covid-19, Im livid about my necklace thats paid for and they wont send me a refund huh, they spent my money before delivering my necklace broke B it h fill in the blanks yall the sorry a** business Ive seen in my life Im 58 Ill probably be 59 before my necklace comes Im not buying nothing from yall ever and yall can kiss my -fill in the blanks I wish I never ordered from yall sorry - people supposed to be Christs helpers yall aint nothing go... read more
