They give true Veterans a bad name. I placed an order on 12/8/22 to give as a gift for Christmas. It is now Jan 26, 2023. I e-mailed them for a refund at the end of December said they couldn't do that and would send out again. Ordered a couple shirts a week before Christmas, my initial email said they were getting ready to ship my order. A week after Christmas, I got an email that said my order had entered production?? Now its 5 weeks later and Im afraid Ive lost $50. Still no shirts.
I ordered a sweatshirt from All Things by Faith on November 26th, feeling very confident that I would receive the sweatshirt by ****. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ARTICLE UNTIL JANUARY 21, 2023 only because I called and wrote emails! It came by **** in a bag that was slit halfway open and the sweatshirt was wet! I wish I would have looked at all the reviews before I ordered from this company. I also ordered a shirt early December ********************************************************************************************* know when it ships. I ordered the blue opal necklace for Christmas 2021. It finally arrived late! Placed an order in June 2022. It is now January 16th, 2023 and I have still not received my order. Beyond disappointed! I have emailed numerous times only to be told each time that they are behind. Finally just asked for a refund but was told they do not refund money. Worst business practice ever and poor poor customer service. I can only conclude that this establishment is nothing but a scam. My two jewelry items were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Buyer beware.
Like all the reviewers about this company, I am disappointed with them - their customer service and products are just terrible. I placed an order on Dec. 4, 2022, which included a Christmas message shirt. Their website claims the products would be shipped in 5 to about 14 business days. They don't send confirmation emails for orders and do not allow you to cancel orders even when they have not met their side of the transaction. I guess I will have to also call my cc company As others, I ordered my Christmas gifts in November 2022 and received the confirmation number.Now as of January 13th t still have not received the items. I am sorely disappointed as my husband is a veteran and I put my Faith into a company that supports both Now I need to find a gift for my sister that I assured what I ordered would be arriving ************ needs to have some values. Dont try contacting them as after four attempts by phone and email I have given up.
