Sadly, never received my order placed before Thanksgiving....received same excuses as below and they continue to blow up my emails with marketing promotions.
I ordered a Cross pendant August 15, 2022. After monthly emails, its been sent to quality control, tell shipping to put a rush on your order, etc. I still have not received my necklace by December 23, 2022. Thats more then 4 months. Sadly beware of All Things By Faith.
Wish i had read these before I ordered!!!!! I ordered in October now it's the end of December. Never got my order. So sad. I can't afford to do this. For me ruined some of my Christmas.
Placed order on 11/12. Its 12/21 today. Other than initial order confirmation no product, no updates. Ive emailed twice. In my last email, I asked that they refund my $ if they cannot provide the necklace I ordered. No response.
I ordered in October of 2022 it's been 2 months numerous emails no response tried calling and I get a message saying mailbox is full I can't even leave a message they will not respond to anything I will not ever order from this company again I have asked to have my money refunded and I did get we don't do refunds do you want something else
Ordered 2 items for a birthday gift back in July and still havent received the items. I was told the same thing that it was due to a fire but its been 4 months already and no one reaches out unless I reach out first. My items are fully paid for and no clear explanation as to why its taking so long. Its either the fire or theyve had to move or too many orders. I ordered a Necklace on August 30th 2022 & continue to get email excuses due to a fire , *********** etc. Unable to get a hold of anyone on a phone . Ive read through the reviews and Ive received the SAME email excuses that they are currently working on all orders. This company is a FRAUD and hiding behind a Religious title for its Companies name. Placed an order June 30have not received it yet. It is December 18I have emailed MULTIPLE times only to get were short staff..etcetc Im extremely disappointed, unimpressed with their customer service.theres no refunds either.do not order from this company
I placed an order Sept 4, 2022. I still have never received my order. I have sent multiple emails, texts, phone calls (no one has EVER answered the phone.) all I ever get back is so sorry we are working on all back orders. I replied I just want a refund at this point all were gifts and I can no longer get them out in time. I have not received anything from this pathetic company. Reaching out to bbb for assistance
