I placed an order May 24, 2022 as a gift for someone else for their birthday, my order stated it would be shipped out within 15 days and I would receive a tracking email. After about a month when I did not receive the email I contacted the company and received a message with a couple of excuses as to why my order has not been filled. I ordered a pair of earrings 3 months ago. It has been showing shipped for 2 months. I have emailed them twice. No reply. This is a bad company. I feel like my money has been stolen

I ordered a shirt on August 22 and still havent received it even though my charge card was immediately charged.I wont be ordering from them again. Too many excuses for not getting the item to me. Very disappointed

ATBF Are you all still in business? I ordered online, you took my money right away; I wanted to use my credit of $33.77 but you did not do so. I have called and emailed five times now and always a patented excuse and "we will get back with you" but never do! Order still not arrived and you have my money! Phone message box is full, so can't leave a message for a human to answer either.Shame on you for proclaiming the name of *********************** in such a bad way and Veterans as well. I sent email after email to ATBF asking when my items will ship. When I did get a reply it was nothing but excuses and more excuses. Its been over a month & still no shipment. Also before you order remember - NO REFUNDS and NO cancellations even if it hasnt gone into production. They ************* up a sweatshirt in production. I finally reported them to my CC company. Buyer beware. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My bad. But I thought a ***************** would be ok.

I've never had a problem receiving my orders from this company until now, I ordered to shirts October 13th and haven't received nothing, no email of any kind, I got confirmation from the beginning of my order but I've lost my order number and I had forgotten I ordered from them, then I remembered that I ordered from three other companies around the same time, I've gotten my product from them received refunds and still nothing from ATBF, it a sham they are selling Christian ******** representing the most High God and ripping ... read more

Unfortunately I also have been scammed by this dishonest company, probably not really a company. They had everything I wanted for Christmas, for family and friends, and now I'm out over $300. I'm a senior,, live on Social Security, and used my savings for my orders. These people are despicable, still sending me religious quotes from the Bible, trying to get me to spend more money. Ordered a necklace in May. Got billed for it right away. Have never received my order. Always get the same excuse, fire, *****, lack of staff. Obviously their billing department wasn't affected, as they sure billed in a hurry. So many people have been ripped off. They need to be closed down. So disheartening to be cheated under the guise of the company being ********* and veteran owned. Do not buy from these people. Just go ahead and flush your money down the loo. Same difference.
