I have ordered three shirts and 2 of them twice because they said they didnt receive it. Ok????I ordered these in Oct and they were for Christmas and to date have NOT received them.I have left messages and emailed to NO avail. To portray as a ********************** is now questionable and Im terribly unhappy. Very disappointed and want my money back!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a shirt and never received after 4 months. Was told I could not cancel so I reported to my credit card company. Worst company ever. Emailed them numerous times and same response, you will get an email when it ships..never shipped and no date as to when it will ship. No response to phone calls.

I am experiencing the same problem as others have expressed here. I placed an order 2 months ago expecting it before Christmas and have only received excuses. If they cant fill orders, they should not be taking orders. I usually dont order from FB posts but trusted this company claiming to be ********* and veteran owned.

I WISH I would have read all these reviews before ordering. I THOUGHT because of their mission statement and that they were ********* based, it would be one of the easiest transactions I had done for Christmas. I couldn't have been more wrong. Like everyone else that has provided a review, if I could have given them a ZERO, I would have. I ordered on November 26 and got it Saturday, 12/31/2022. If I could give a 0, I would. I purchased 2 items 11/25/22 as Christmas presents. I received an email that they were going into production 12/3/22. On 12/22/22 I was informed that they had gone into quality control. I did email them to see if I needed to purchase other Christmas presents and was informed that they were running behind. I would have given zero star's but you have to give at least one. I placed orders for Christmas presents in November and never received anything. I emailed them multiple times and they gave one excuse after another such as: we are overwhelmed with orders, we are a small Christian ****** business, a fire next door made them close for a while, COVID, etc. I called the phone number they have advertised and it states that the mailbox is full and to try again later. Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with . They claim to be a ********* based business yet scamming people. Placed my order a month before Christmas and still my order hasnt shipped. I constantly send emails in which a person named Feb responds back with the same response stating they appreciate my patience with absolutely no update on my order !!!!!

They must be a scam! Placed order for men's baseball cap on July 8th and have gotten like after lie about order and asked for credit, again no response other than computer generated email reply "we'll get back to you in 1-3 business days" HaHa what a blow off!

I ordered a shirt back in September, as a Christmas Gift. Wish I had read these reviews first. But being they come across as a ****************** and me being the trusting person I was, I thought it was safe. Well here it is Christmas past, and still no shirt. Reached out twice, first time, a big bunch of excuses, now nothing at all. Cant reach on phone. I have already paid. But that is ok. Best ****** is a bought ******. Im ***** out, but got a good ******. No more of my business, ever.
