I ordered 2 necklaces back in August for two of my friends baptisms. Both never came. Sent multiple (probably 8) emails and its always the exact same answer. Ridiculous.

I have a close friend who was diagnosed with cancer. I ordered a shirt to be an encouragement I ordered for him sept 14 2022 I wanted for him to wear during all his chemo treatments I never received the shirt and all I get is excuses . So sad , professes to be a ********* this is why being a ********* is hard people like this give us a bad name. ********* is. ****** like. ****** would not rip people off

I have been calling n sending emails, haven't received a response . My order was placed on 1/13/23 I received the purchase order ********* been over a month ago they r using a faith based name n it is so wrong that they seem to be a scam! I'll let my bank handle this from here

I've placed an order before Christmas. I finally got an email saying that it was in production on January 14th. Nothing since then, no emails, no phone calls, no package received! I called both customer service numbers, one the mailbox is full and I could not leave a message. The other one just rings busy every time. This was after sending several emails, to find out where my order was,. My original email to them was to see if they can adjust my order because the coupon that I applied was kicked out of my bag. I ordered a ring in August of 2022. Sent emails looking for a shipping date. They keep giving excuses about a fire, then in quality control. It is the same story as the rest of the complaints. I believe this place is a sham to get get money and never intend to ship the item.

They need to stop accepting new orders until they can get things under control. Horrible. I ordered something 1/12 for my husband's birthday which was 1/17 and it's now 2/3 and nothing. Just sad

Purchased a Christmas Order for family members on December 11th 2022. After contacting the company my e-mail was told that my order was headed to production then on December 26, after Christmas , my order was in Quantity control. As far as I know my order has not been shipped and I can not get anyone on the phone. I do not believe them to be a true ***************** and I do not recommend anyone doing business with them.

This company is a sham. I ordered two shirts and a bag in December 2022. I have emailed and emailed these people. "It's going out now" is what I get. They keep telling me their Christmas items were on back order. No! These items are not coming. Don't order from these people. A ********************** that does this does not have the mind of ******.

Order placed over 6 months ago and still no product received. Company refuses to credit my account. Continuously responds with excuses and promises to send order asap. Horrible and they advertise under the guise of a ********* based company!
