I ordered a sweatshirt on October 29, 2022, it is now Jan 12, 2023 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company more than once with no satisfactory response other than "I will notify the shipping department". I wonder if this is a legitimate business. I continue to receive promotional emails for additional products but that is not happening if I can't get my original order. After reading a previous review I'd like to know how to initiate a chargeback.

Very disappointed. I ordered a shirt in August 2022. It was shipped on January 6, 2023. The workmanship is terrible. The vinyl lettering is already peeling off the shirt. They do not offer refunds and I would have to pay to return the shirt to them. There is no way to contact them on the website. Will never buy from again and suggest you don't either.

I made an order back in August 2022. It is January 11, 2023 and I still have not received my items. I was told they don't give refunds. I know they have had some issues and I feel like I have been very patient, now I would just like to receive my items.

Just as other reviews, I ordered from this company because they were ********** Order placed 11/26/2022. Charged to credit card same day. Received email went to production 12/4/2022 then the one went to quality control 12/11/2022. Excuses or no response since. Disputed the charge with my credit card company today. ****** learned: read business reviews before buying.

I ordered two shirts. The company claimed that it would arrive before Christmas. After submitting order, I received an email that "their" warehouse experienced a fire and was shutdown. I have tried emailing them but no response. I submitted dispute through PayPal. No response. Escalated my dispute for not receiving items. 1/10/23, received email that my items were shipped. Scam. Predators. I ordered jewelry on November 5th. Emailed numerous times and no response. Called and vm full. Had to do a chargeback. January 5 still no response and then all of a sudden I received the earrings $41 and these are made in *****. No way is this veteran owned. You can't return or get a refund. Product is worthless. I am so angry. I made an order on Aug. 21, 2022 It is Jan. 7, 2023 and I still don't have my item. I am told now that they do not give refunds. They have had my money for months, and I have had to buy other gifts for birthday and Christmas while waiting for this cross.During COVID, this was a company I chose to support nearly every month. I wanted them to survive. I wish I had not. They have had struggles, but taking peoples money and not sending their order is not a way to spread the good **** of *** and faith.

I have been waiting 6 months, and they will not refund my money.There has been no movement on production, with the same excuse about their back-log of orders. This company took my money, and will not send my product.
