Disgusting SCAM company!!!They promote themselves as Veteran Owned and Christian *********** dare they use the Veterans in their advertising to gain customers confidence. I agree with a previous reviewer who felt it was similar to those who use stolen valor I feel badly for everyone who ordered and never received their religious themed items.Obviously I certainly know how it feels.To add insult.. they continue to send emails with Bible quotes to encourage me to order more items
I placed an order on July 7th. 3 months later I still had zero to show for it. The company sent out an email about some fire slowing down production yet they would never provide a date that things would be corrected and sent out. I left a negative post on their Instagram page and all of a sudden a package arrived about 2 weeks ago. Ready for this??? Two shorts I ordered came that were blank! Nothing on them! I placed an order on June 15, 2022 for $37.00. After a month of not receiving my order i tried to call them multiple times but all calls went straight to voicemail. I emailed my complaint but was answered with the standard letter re: covid, a fire next door, etc, etc. I finally received an email from one of the owners who basically echoed the same excuses. I ordered several t-shirts on August 13th, and as of today, October 28th, I havent received a thing. I have sent several emails asking the status of my order with no response. I tried calling but no one answer's and the voicemail is full so no message can be left. I finally sent one more email and asked for a refund in a last ditch effort, and wouldnt you know they emailed me back! But only to say they dont do refunds. Complete scam. Never received product and they refused to refund money.
I can't even give them 1 star, I ordered a pair of earrings on August 14th for my granddaughter and have yet to receive them. I have contacted them every week and not only do I keep getting excuses and told they are prioritizing my order they are all automated replies. I would not recommend this company to anyone, terrible terrible service. Similar to everyone's experience with ATBF, I too placed an order several months ago and nothing. I reached out to them asking for an update and I did get a response back that the items are made by hand so it takes up to 15 days to make. 15 days to screen print a shirt? Nothing I ordered was personalized. A month goes by, nothing. I email again and that's when their responses stopped. Never heard from them again. I then had PayPal get involved to get my money back. Unlike the other people posting reviews on this company, I did get the 3 shirts I ordered. I had ordered shirts before and received them without a problem so I knew that their size Mediums fit with plenty of room for shrinkage. When I received the 3 shirts I ordered, they were much, much smaller than the other mediums I had ordered from them in the past. I placed an order several months ago. I've emailed numerous times to receive excuses about this and that. Asked to be refunded my money, since I haven't received anything. Wants they don't refund. Are you serious. If a customer isn't happy with the service or product. We're entitled to get our money back. I'm reporting this incident to the BBB.
