I have been waiting for an order since July 2022. I get responses from the company which state vendor problems, and that they are not set up to give refunds. Having trusted them, I am very disappointed and do not suggest that anyone else order. I am sorry I cannot give zero stars.
People this is a scam company Dont buy anything !! Their as fake as they come They dont answer their phone numbers. Not an of them !!!!!!!And they keep sending the SAME PHONY EMAILS WITH THE SAME EXCUSE !!!! I ordered several necklaces around first of August and still have not received them. This company has to be a scam. The BBB would put a stop to this and o to hers like it. What a rip off! Had to give 1 star to submit my complaint but they dont deserve anything.
reading the reviews, I should have read before placing an order. First off, they have had my order for 2 months now, and their excuse is the business beside them had a fire, so that's why they are behind on orders. After 4 emails, they are completely unable to tell me when and if my order will ship. Only because I have to in order to leave this negative review done I give 1 ********** the phone number is full of messages so they don't receive anymore calls or messages. Dosen't respond to emails and I am out $116.00 from order placed June 8th 2022, Absolute worst company hiding behind God and excuses.
Ordered 3 faith necklaces in April, thinking I would get them by Easter, its now September 21 , 2022 and still have not received them. I ordered them for myself, mom and daughter in remembrance of loosing my dad the day after Christmas. I also have sent multiple emails regarding my order and I feel like Ive been very patient for this order. Next step is to dispute with my credit card company.
One star is too much for these people. They are crooks. They make one excuse after another for not shipping the product and they refuse to cancel orders that have not shipped after a month. I have disputed the charge on my credit card.These folks cannot be Christians and doing business like this.They should be ashamed!
They charged me. Now cant sign in. No response at all Never received any response or my order.
