Terrible company. I ordered in April and have yet to receive my two items. Every time I contact them its the same generic excuse email. This company is a scam. Id give no stars if I could. Theyre a dishonest company full of excuses. Theyre quick to take your money but you get no product.

Like others that have complained, I order a piece of jewelry on 5/23 and have yet to receive it. Emailed them at least a half dozen times with no indication of a delivery date. Like others I attempted to cancel but was told only a store credit was available. Bottom line, do not order from them, this is a scam taking peoples money and not shipping the product. Finally I was able to contact PayPal, file a complaint and get my refund immediately.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I placed an order 2 months ago and after several attempts to contact them by phone and email, I still havent spoken to anyone. I did get an email claiming problem after problem. Always an excuse. Ive requested a refund since they are not even attempting to process my order. They wont call back. My husband ordered a cross necklace for mother's day in early May. It's July and we still have not received anything. When we call customer service they keep saying they are delays. Looking at other reviews, I would say this is a scam company!

I placed an order for a ring on May 8, 2022. Till this day I have not received my ring. I emailed with no response to my order or refund. These people are scammers and lie. I requested a refund and received no reply. They advised by email their neighbors had a fire and they are short staffed etc. Lies! ***** who answers by voicemail never returns your call! Do not buy from these scammers. They will only take your money! They are frauds!

Order was placed over a month ago, I have yet to be able to speak to an individual. The only emails I continually get state they are 15 days days behind and please be patient. They now have refused to answer an email in over a week. I have called to only receive the message that they voicemail is full. Despite numerous attempts I am still not receiving $200 in merchandise. I do not know what steps to take next, I have been screwed over without any remorse from this company.This company is NOT to BE TRUSTED!!

This company is terrible.I ordered two pieces of jewelry from them on 3.22.22. This order was a baptism gift. It took over a month to receive one of the two items I ordered. When I received one of the pieces of jewelry it had a made in ***** stamp on it. This company told me that they make everything to order in *******. They lied about that. Im so disappointed. I'd give them a ZERO star if I could!! This company took my money on 5/19/22 for a ring, and I haven't received it yet. I've emailed and called. Emails are like the ones described by others (short of staff, due to COVID, fire in neighboring business, etc.) I checked on the fire. That's a lie. I also found the exact ring on Esty for $17. Their ring sales for $31.77. Wish I would have googled before I clicked on their ad. They said in the first email the ring was in production. Give me a break!
