I, like many other reviews I read had trouble with contacting & receiving my order. I ordered on 1/26/22 & received 2 emails shortly after ordering.I then received a call saying they were ready to ship my item but needed me to correct an issue with my address. Thats when I started trying to contact them to no avail. After the 3rd time in 3 weeks I received a text asking if I had been able to speak with someone. I placed an order for 4 t-shirts on March 8, 2022. My card was charged that day for over 60$. On March 23 I was emailed that my order was heading into QC well quality control must have rejected it because on March 29 I emailed again asking what the hold up was and was told my order was still awaiting shipping. Today is April 10 and still nothing! They keep feeding me this line about their policy being **** days for orders to process and longer times due to Coronavirus. Come on? I ordered two shirts from them that were ***********************,I received 2 blue shirts. I tried to email them but there website would not let me. So hay dont do business with them, they will send you what they want to send you not what you ordered.

I placed an order with All Things By Faith on February 27th. After many e-mails to them, my order has only moved to the quality inspection stage allegedly. As of today, I have requested a cancel on my order based on the fact that although this *************** based (again allegedly) company refuses cancelations based on all items being custom made, they have made that notion null and void by not meeting their own shipping standards and using Covid etc for delays is simply an excuse for taking your money. This business has nice ********* items. Processing and Shipping took extended weeks. When I repeatedly called, emailed and told them an item was missing from a package, they did NOT resolve the issue. The 888 phone number now says FULL. My last 2 emails were ignored. Just want to warn others.

I have been waiting for three weeks for my order. Ive called 6 times with no response. But they charged my card right away. No one will call me back. Do not purchase anything from them. They are awful and maybe not legit. Worst customer service ever. And I doubt Ill ever see the hoodie. Shameful ****************

Same issues as others have posted. Fortunately I used PayPal. It took me escalating to finally get an email that my order was shipped. Will never use them again! Placed the order in Feb and here we are the end of March and still waiting. Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone. Thank goodness for PayPal!

Wish I would have read these reviews! I placed an order over a month ago for Easter gifts for my granddaughters. Have not heard a word. Their email doesnt work now!! Dont order and social media should take them down!

I placed an order with this company on February 6, 2022. By March 11, 2022 I had not received any processing or shipping information. I requested to cancel my order. The company is refusing a cancellation or refund. The company has now send me a shipping notification despite the fact that requested a cancellation. The shipping notification has no tracking information so I assume it is fraudulent and no item has been shipped. 0/10 would not shop again.
