************Ordered three identical t-shirts instead of one back on November 8th. I immediately called and they said the order had not been produced and they would back out two of the t-shirts and credit my cc. Called today (November 22) and they said the order was produced (not shipped) and is in quality control and that they cannot credit my cc, instead they are sending me a store credit. Not very happy

Horrible! They charged me for a duplicate order I never received. They will not refund me either. DO NOT BUY from them.
Ordered from them, received an email stating I had accidentally placed a double order and would I like to cancel the second order. I agreed. I was billed through Klarna for both orders and when I asked the company for a refund I was repeatedly told no problem but I was never given a refund. I called, texted and emailed and b=never received my refund from my April 2021 order as of November and both Klarna orders have been paid. I even sent them proof. I ordered shirts from All things by Faith in August 2nd and never received them. When asked they just kept sending me the same Automative emails its headed to quality control and shipping BS. Till this day still dont have them and being disputed with my credit card. They had enough nerve to send a response back to them with their ****************************************** Im not giving up going it for the blow. I will get my credit!
I ordered a ring form this company in AUGUST for an October birthday. August 16th to be exact. Here is is, November 11, and I have not received my order. Do not but from this company. All Things By Faith is terrible. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. There is basically no customer service. I was overcharged. It's been over 4 months and no refund. I have been lied to so many times. They keep telling me to be patient. That my refund has already been issued. Well, I don't know how patient a person can be when it's been over 4 months. Do not buy from this company. They claim to be Christians. I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

Like others who have left negative reviews, I too placed an order and have not gotten the items I requested. I wish I had checked Bbb before placing my order. Now it's finding out what I can do to help others from falling into this shameful, fraudulent site especially one that feeds off the good intentions of ********* people. Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing, a bibical verse in practice with this compaany.
