I ordered and paid for a ring on 4/26/21. Never received it, today is 6/16/21. They keep saying it's coming soon and they refuse to give a refund and cancel order. What a rip off! Don't buy from them. "
One star is one star more than they deserve.I placed an order on March 31. I ordered two t-shirts and two necklaces. My confirmation stated *** items ship in 5-10 business days. They shipped my shirts April 12 but not my necklaces. Every time I emailed them about the necklaces, I got the same story with a new time frame. They continued to move the goal post. I placed an order on May 4, they charged my credit card on May 9. On May 19 they said my order was headed to shipping. It is now June 13 and I have not received my order. I have sent them messages and the excuse has been something about their jewelry supplier and then they sent them another message and they said they had the wrong address. It is hard to believe any thing they say. I am so upset with this company that is supposed to be faith based and run by a vet. I am ready to file a complaint with my credit card company.
This review is on my 2nd order. The first order was great and just as expected. However, it's been a month since the order was placed . .11 days ago they said it went into production and on to quality control for shipment. Now, they are questioning the original order. This really might be a legitimate faith based business, but I am having my doubts now. "
I ordered the anchor ring on April 1 and as if today June 1 no ring. They respond to my email but it’s always a crap explanation. I ordered before with no issues but will never order again .
My name is **** * and I have placed multiple orders with this company. Though my first order was delayed in arriving it did however get here, since then I have placed multiple orders and they have always arrived as promised and in a timly fashion, including a custom order for my sons wedding. I am about to place another order from them shortly. BTW I live on the other side of the US in NC.
I wish I had looked them up before placing an order. I went through the same problem as many others leaving reviews. They took my money which I paid through paypal on April 19, 2021. It was promised the following week. It didn't arrive. I ordered the blue opal cross on February 15th. As of today, March 29th, I haven’t received it yet. I have called them twice and they keep changing the shipping date. Last week I was told it would be mailed on last Friday. I will not order from them again.

Unfortunately I would recommend :( I placed an order with this company back in November but still haven’t seen my items. Tried to reach them numerous times both emailing, online & phone numbers to no avail ... anyone have any advice how to get in touch with them????
