Very poor customer service using scripture to not deliver. Made my purchase Dec 4 it’s Dec 29, still not here. And they refuse a refund and act like it’s my fault. I think they use God and faith to sell their products then over sell. I noticed that deleted some of their responses to my emails making then Liars also.

Order two rings a month ago and as of today Dec 29 I still have not received my order. Sent two email that’s stated that the company was overwhelmed and that I should should check my “ spam” mail!? I finally called today and their reply was that it would be mail out by next week. I might also add that my money was taken immediately.

This is apparently a scam business (read other reviews). I ordered one necklace in October 2020. Order has not been received, despite two emails saying shipment is on the way. I called and was told the order is not ready for shipment. After reading the other reviews, I realized I have been scammed. This supposedly Christian company boasts of being owned by a military veteran. I think it is all lies. Do not order from this company.

I’ve had same problem. Very few responses from them but all saying my order is shipping out within 3 to 5 days. I’m convinced this is a scam and they think that people will not dispute a charge on a small amount of money.

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered over $300 of merchandise for Christmas from "All things by Faith" on October 27, 2020. I received three shirts about two weeks later and a promise of order completion of the rest of my order ( 4 more shirts and 7 pairs of sterling silver huggie cross earrings) within 10 days. I have never received the remaining portion of my order. I have emailed and called them numerous times with no luck. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I just received my Burgundy Amazing Grace face mask today!!!! And I absolutely love it ???????????? I ordered it and within a week it was delivered Yes I will definitely order more from All things by Faith. Thank you and God Bless ??

I agree! They do not fill orders! I’ve been waiting since October 28 and get promises of next week , next week. I have asked for a refund, but may try to go the bank, although I don’t know how they can get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I concur with many of these unfavorable posts. I ordered their chain with a cross on Nov7. It is December 7 and after several email promises from the company I still am waiting. They never return their phone calls. I am going to my bank asap. The company keeps telling me their is no refund cause they "had to special order". Ridiculous. When though it's only $20.00 I will not pay for something I have not received

Unfortunately I agree with the other reviewers. I Placed an order on August 30th for 3 hoodies.3 rather expensive hoodies. About 3 weeks later I received 2 of them and I got a email saying my order was fulfilled.Complete. I panicked and immediately responded letting them know I didn’t receive all 3 hoodies. I immediately screenshot my whole order and the one saying that my order was fulfilled after only receiving partial order and explained I hadn’t received the 3rd hoodie.
