Ordered a simple T-shirt 3/7/21. It keeps saying it is "processing." It is now 3/24/21 and no movement. The minute I ordered on 3/7 they charged my credit card. They do not have a 1-800 number. I have called them long distance and usually no one answers and a recorded voice says to leave them an email. I have sent 8 emails to date with no resolution. I am so sorry that I didn't read the reviews first! I was taken in by the "Christian veteran owned" business. I fell in love with a little blue cross necklace that I am now reasonably certain I will never see. I ordered that beautiful necklace over a month ago and it has not been shipped yet. Last week they told me it would be shipped this week. The last update was 2 weeks ago. It has been in quality control for 2 weeks! I'm so disappointed. I love this company. I have quite a few sweatshirts and Tees and masks. During covid they were a week late but always arrived. They keep in touch and let you know what’s happening. I have never had a bad or faulty product. GREAT PRODUCTS.

Actually I don't believe they deserve one star but it's the lowest option they give you. My only regret is that my money has encouraged them to stay in business. Obviously, they don't care that they are USING God's word strictly for monetary gain. They MAY be Christians, It is not apparent by their business practices. I ordered 3 women’s medium T-shirts in Nov. 2 fit per the measurements on their website but 1 was much smaller and did not have a size tag in it. I emailed them 4 times with no response about how they wanted to handle it. I finally just called Amex who issued me a credit immediately. They do take over a month to deliver their product. Too bad.

Order 2 of their products on November 29th. On January 8th I received 1 of the products I ordered ( they were the same thing). I have been emailing them throughout the whole time. I notified the company that I only received 1 product on January 2nd. I am still waiting for my second item. I don’t get any updates unless I contact them. I am not very happy with company.
