This company is trash. I ordered at the beginning of May. I have been told on at least three separate occasions since June that my order is going into or has just been in quality control and I should receive it in a few days. Every answer has been the same. They will not provide a refund. Will not provide tracking information. Will not provide dates on which anything has been done (processed, quality control, out for delivery). I don't think they ever intend to, either. Fraud. "
Todays july 9th and my order was placed june 24th and it hasnt even been shipped yet.. Dont expect speedy shipments with this company.. ***** and last time I order from them
This place is a scam. I have Waited two months for my order and they keep saying its coming its coming its coming no tracking number they wont allow me to refund do not order from this place.
I ordered several face masks and 2 t-shirts. I was told they were in production and then went to quality control. They would be mailed in a few days. Not answering phone calls or replying to emails. Someone should shut them down. I believe they are a fraud.I placed my order on May 20, 2021. I guess Im in the same boat as many others here. I ordered my first ring in February and received it no problem. I ordered my second ring on April 5th and its almost three months and nothing. Zero. I ordered my necklace in April and have not received it yet. I have only been told it was delayed several times and they received a notice that it was in shipping, only to be told their stand by answer ( there was a delay) this has happened to me seven times.
