I'm very happy with my experiences purchasing from All Things By Faith. They have great customer service and the Tshirts I've purchased from them are my favorite.
I think the company is awesome and love their products. I have ordered multiple times, large orders and I have had nothing but great orders. All the folks I have gotten the items for, have loved them as much as I do.
Just Received my John 3:16 sweatshirt and I love it! super soft on the inside and the quality is outstanding! Had trouble finding my order in my email but once I got on the phone with them they helped me find it in my spam. Thank you so much All Things By Faith!!
Don’t give this company your money! I placed an order then ended up with medical bills so I requested a refund. It took 4 tries to get a response but they finally agreed to a refund on 7/30 via an email which I still have. Two weeks later I followed up again when the refund had still not been received. Then today I received a notification that the order (which I had canceled & they had agreed to refund) had shipped. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company with no customer service. Disappointing! Placed order 4/4/19 for bday gift and had it shipped directly to the recipient. Bday was not until 5/14, so I felt I was way ahead of the curve. NOT!! I received a text message TODAY (6/6/19) that the item had been shipped! Oh my goodness!!! I called the company and was told, "Sorry, the item was out of stock." I questioned why I had not been sent an email with THAT information, and simply received a "Sorry". Will not order from this company again!!
Horrible customer service! Ordered 2 shirts in January 2019, it is now June and they keep telling me they are very busy. I have demanded my refund and they no longer respond- just like all the other complaints- Horrible way to represent GOD. they have a standard email reply for any inquires. There is not a "real" person answering any emails. Complete fraud!!! Now I will go onto Facebook and report the same.
