I ordered a necklace and used my credit card, and the $39.77 has been paid. I never received the item, and calls to the company to inquire are answered by a recorded message. I should have checked with bbb.org before I ordered.

I placed an order for two necklaces on June 3, 2022. I have yet to receive them even after having gone back and forth with emails with the owner. He promised me that he would get them to me that he is running behind. He claims to be a veteran and a ********** He is neither. He is a scammer. I just emailed him and told him I want my refund and if he does not give it to me within the next couple of days, I will go to my bank and have my bank get it from his company.

I have ordered too many clothing items from All Things by Faith. After 1 (ONE) washing, according to the instructions, they severely crack and look awful. I have sent emails,of which I received 1 (ONE) formatted, generic, form letter response. I have called 2 separate numbers leaving 8 messages, which includes the customer service number, and have NEVER received a call back. I would not do business with this company. On April 24 or 26 of 2022 I ordered a tshirt and phone case. After approximately 2 weeks I asked for a shipping update. I was told (via email) that it takes 4 to 15 business days to process. They were beyond that. After another 15 days I asked for a refund. They don't do refunds. Again I was told orders take 4 to 15 business days. I ordered shirts for fathers day and still have not received them. I have emailed them multiple times and always the same story. This company is terrible. I suppose now I just lost the money. Very disappointed in my experience with them. Stop selling items if your that far behind and they had no problem taking my money. Very upset.

My first order for a faith necklace came in remarkably in 3 days great quality absolutely loved it ....so I ordered some more jewelry to hand out as gifts in February 2022 and to this date July 20th 2022 I have not received anything the email returns I get say the same thing over and over I have yet to speak with someone with a heartbeat very unfortunate that this company is representing our God and yet they have horrible service shame on you all things by faith ...I mean is this company a scam?
