Bought our 2011, 2015, and most recently 2016 Sorrentos from All Star East. Sales staff and management have always been helpful and courteous in getting us through the lengthy process of car buying. They were even kind and helped us when we were having an old, non-running car towed in to them from the middle of I-10 in Kenner at closing time one night! I had a great experience. My salesperson was very polite and professional. He gave me so many different options to choose from. He worked with me every step of the way and gave me the best deal as possible. I will most definitely recommend my friends and family to All Star Kia East.
Customer service was great. Employees very friendly but i did sit there for 2 and a half hours i had some minor repairs needed to be done so i dont think it shouldve taken that long.
