Parts and services has been a terrible experience the two times I’ve been there. They were rude and condescending to me after they tried to refuse to give me my vehicle back saying it was a safety hazard but claimed they could only put me in a rental that could not fit my family. The service department at All Star Kia East was not willing to help with an issue of my head light asumbly melting, this is an original KIA part that came on the car. Had my mind made up to purchase a new SUV Kia Telluride but my son Lawrence got a kia stringer just made 2 yrs old been have problems with it since the first oil change. Every two to three months it in the shop. Hes in a rental more then in his owe car. Kia of Covington out of business n Kia of juban has towed it to kia of baton Rouge all made claims to make it right but again the car is back in the shop right now. Just had my 2019 Kia Optima serviced there this morning 12/21/2019. Was a total train wreck. Did not do oil change or tire rotation properly while I watched them through the window. When I voiced concerns about the shoddy service was asked to leave like a criminal. Horrible service department!! Should be shut down!!
