Took my car there on Friday to have break lights replaced (both were out)...took almost 3 hours for this to get done and I had an appointment. Receptionist was very friendly and apologetic. There was a very loud and obnoxious worker there in the service dept with blonde hair that was totally unprofessional and I would have fired her immediately if she was my employee. Oil change and tires rotation was quick... no complaints on how they serviced my new soul
As always got excellent service. I love taking my kia soul there for oil changes. They have the nicest people there.
Took my car there June 16th to have airbag censor replaced, said they would have to order it. Said it should take three to four days to come in. Never heard from them. After three weeks I called the service manager and he said still not in. Went by July 28th to check on status of the censor because I had not heard from them. Service manager said it still had not arrived and didn't know when it would come in. He was not helpful at all and acted like he didn't want to be bothered.
