Todd in the service department was great. This has to be the cleanest dealership I’ve ever been to. There was everything you might need or want. And the coffee was delicious.

Completely different place. It is the most beautiful dealership I have seen in a long time. You would think you were walking into a Mercedes store. Great new location at Juban crossing. Great selection of cars. Go out and see them. Great things are happening at All Star Kia at Juban.

They move real slow. And they couldn't get the tire light off. No one to do it.�
9:30 am appointment this morning. Arrived at 9:20. 10:15 car still in driveway. Very very rude service writer says they are running behind but not informed on check in. The blonde is talking up a storm about the computers. About ready to pull the car and go to a better option. Sad that this is the service I get on the first visit.
