I have never been one to leave a negative review but felt that this was more than necessary. I have been a loyal customer of Kias since I’ve purchased my car in 2013. Unfortunately for kia, they have lost me as a customer. I brought my car in last month for routine service. During that service, the head mechanic calls me up to let me know that one of the lugnuts is backing out but will not come off. Best car buying experience I have ever had! The staff is wonderful, from the phone call with Tanisha Sanders, to Tylor Williams greeting me when I got there, to Brandon Washington, the manager introducing himself, and to an AWESOME car salesman Tylor Williams selling me my Telluride! So so pleasant to work with and truly caring people! Even left me with a STARBUCKS GIFTCARD! MY FAVORITE THANK YOU SO MUCH!

After a very bad experience at All Star Kia on Seigen, I swore I'd never buy another Kia again. All Star Kia on Juban has changed my mind. Even in the midst of Covid, they've done any and everything to help keep me rolling. I had a recall on my engine and thought they would just fix it. Little did I know, Kia doesn't fix engines. They replace them. I'm rolling better than ever. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Quoted $14,000 to put in a new engine!!! The car was purchased for $7K! EVERYONE WILL KNOW ABOUT MY STORY! Also contacting the BBB and everyone else I can get my hands on!...because that was only the tip of the iceberg! Laughable!
