RecommendedAll Star Kia East is remarkable! Their trained technicians are the BEST and they do a thorough check on your vehicle. The service advisor Todd Ray is one of the BEST service advisors that I have encountered....great customer service, goes out his way to assist you, and will tell you straight up whats wrong with your vehicle. This will be my new location for my car maintenance needs. Its a 20 minute drive for me but its so worth it for the QUALITY I receive! Thanks so much All Star Kia East!!!!!!

RecommendedI highly recommended the service Department, my appointment was for 8:15. I got there a little early , they got me In and out . 8:40 my car was ready , and the it was washed for me and nice and neat work in the inside! I will definitely be back when it’s time for my next oil change. Todd Ray was the best! He answered every question I had and made sure everything was done right. Service techs didn’t leave no grease marks any where. Overall awesome experience!
RecommendedI got a new 2019 Kia Optima. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman and GM were very helpful and reasonable. The car we agreed to was sold but they got a replacement that included more options and kept the price the same. I spoke with 2 other Kia dealers and neither were as reasonable on price or service.
RecommendedAmazing experience. If you want a new Kia, go talk to Sheldon Jolliff Jr. super laid back and was able to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted it. He was also very polite and professional.
get service staff that are not rude and unprofessional, oh and a manager to call you back after several attemps!
RecommendedWe arrived at dealership in rain, staff was friendly and helpful. Pulled car we wanted to look at in service area so we could check car out and stay dry. We bought the 2018 Kia Forte S, love it! Definitely 5 🌟
