I’ve been coming to All Shook Up for a number of years and I have never been so welcome or comfortable in a hair salon before! Billie is a wonderful, funny and very patient when I often come in with no clue what I want - I would highly highly recommend to anyone who has had anxieties about hair cuts and colours in the past. Particularly as a queer client, Billie is kind and respectful above all else, and is excellent with alternative styles.

HAIR FELL OUT AFTER TREATMENT Hair broke off after a kertain treatment at the roots. Was handled awfully. Asked for a refund because I didn't pay to have my hair burnt off, naturally. They then completely gaslit and said I was only doing so because I wanted a refund and not because I was unhappy with the treatment?? Literally have frazzled off ends for a 200 treatment... Of course I'm entitled to request a refund. The damage done will take years to replace. Want to warn others.

I’ve been coming to the salon for the past couple of years and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now! I’ve had a few bad haircuts in the past so am always a bit nervous going to a new salon but Billie made me feel at ease straight away and I haven’t trusted anyone else to do my hair since! I’ve been visiting All Shook Up for a few years now. They’re my go to for their blow dry services & curly cuts by Billie. As someone who has unruly & frizzy curls (& quite particular with my hair!), Billie has been incredible with listening to my wants but still balances what my hair needs.
