A really horrible experience: The salon claims to do a consultation and cut that suits your wave and condition, but that isn’t true. Judge for yourself: Before and after pictures attached (the 2 where I’m wearing a bright pink vest are *before*! Picture 3 was taken *immediately after* leaving the salon!! 😳🙈) !!! I booked a textured/curly hair appointment for the first time because I really wanted a fringe, and all hairdressers I’ve seen in the past have talked me out of it/not had the confidence to cut on my hair type. I had highlights which didn’t work. When I complained the owner invited me to have a toner. I assumed this was free to compensate and then was charged £60!!

I went after a bad haircut and Alejandra helped me find a solution that would work with the hair length I wanted (to not cut too much) and that would look good at the same time. I will be coming back for colour as well.
