Have rented from All Property Services, and they have always been great.
It can often be hard balancing the needs and want of two separate clienteles but I feel All Property Services has done a excellent job of it. Whether it was a broken window, dish washer, or water heater their repairmen were very fast and professional in getting it fixed right away. They were even willing to work with us when we couldn't get our rent in on time. They are always extremely friendly and professional on the phone or in the office. We were able to find a place to live in Fort Collins using All Property and have been happy with their service.
We own 2 rental houses in Fort Collins. All Property Services has managed them for us for at least 10 years. They have done an excellent job of keeping the houses rented. They use their own people for much of the routine work associated with keeping the houses in good order. They have also hired outside contractors for things like sprinkler systems, new floor coverings, and for roof repair. I have complete confidence in their management and recommend them highly
I do not personally rent through All Property Services, yet; however their employee saved my life by finding and returning my wallet to me with everything in tact! With honesty and kindness like that I can only imagine how they run their business and I look forward to renting from them in the future. Thank you and god bless!
