A very nice property and a very professional company. My wife and I rented a property from All Property Services and found them to be professional, honest and responsive. While renting our home, we had several maintenance issues come up and they not only took care of our problems very quickly but the people we dealt with were very nice and they always tried to accommodate our requests. I am an existing property owner and All Property Services has managed my rental units for years. I have been very pleased with their management services.
We are former tenants and appreciated the service All Property provided to us. We had a nice place to live and any issues we had were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction.
I would rent from them again. Nice people and very helpful.
I will tell all my friends. I have rented for many years in Fort Collins and from different management companies and All Property Services has been the best one so far. The property was taken care of and they did not try and rip us off.
We had a very good experience with this company in August. My daughter needed a rental ASAP and they went out of their way to accommodate her. They assisted in expediting the cleaning process so that we could move in on the weekend instead of having to wait til the following Tuesday. The place was nice and clean and the staff was very professional.
All Property Services has been a great company to work with and would recommend them.
Like the service and the property. Have lots of places to choose from in Fort Collins and Loveland. If I move to Windsor I am definitely calling them.
This company rented a house the was being foreclosed. They admitted to knowledge of the foreclosure but rented anyway. I am a single mom of three young girls and had two men break into the master bedroom to apparentely foreclose on the home. My family was traumatized and left homeless!! I can't believe this company is still in business!
