Have rented for several years from All Property Services and the service has always been great.
I am a property owner and All Property Services has managed my rentals for many years. They have done a very good job at keeping my properties rented out to excellent tenants and also keeping my units in good condition. I would recommend using their property management services if you are a property owner looking for a professional management company.
Main office is not on the property,thats the only bad part. aid service is there everday.Extra for clean up and parking fee.

We have used All Property Services to manage our homes in Fort Collins and Loveland for several years and found their services to be the best so far. They have always found good tenants to rent our property and would highly recommend their property management services.
I am President of a homeowners association in Fort Collins and find the service to be excellent and the staff to be responsive, friendly, and professional. The previous management company we used prior to All Property Services was horrible and so far working with this company has been considerably better. Definitely a step up from the other company.
I'm surprised at the previous reviews of this rental agency. I've rented from them for the last 7 years and have never had a problem with them. I have found them to be very responsive. Whenever I've had thing come up they have always taken the very best care of me in a timely fashion and with utmost respect. I would recommend them to anyone.
All Property Services found our family a nice home to live in and we have been very happy with the service. We would recommend renting from them.
