Services, Inc. As an out of state owner, the right property manager was important to me. Wendy at APS has been a godsend. First, she met me at the property when I was interviewing providers and was professional. She helps me have the right tenant in my home and ensure it is taken care of. Recently, I decided to repaint, upgrade carpet, and add A/C to my rental home to keep it in good shape and attract the best tenant. Wendy is very responsive and pleasant to work with. I can almost feel her smiles come through in every e-mail. Jay does a fantastic job keeping the accounts up to date and posting them on time. Both of them have quickly responded to any special needs I have had. It is a pleasure to work with APS. I only wish there was a branch in Southern California!

I've been pretty happy with my experience.
APS manages several of my rentals and I have been very pleased with their proformance. They Also managed one of the HOA's and the staff and manager were help and friendly.
Super friendly. One of the best agencies in town.
I can't believe this lady is still employed with all property. It says something about the company though. Wendy has been so rude to me anytime we need something repaired or have any other issues. If my husband calls her, she is respectful and for the most part helpful but if you are a women, watch out! I have spoken with the office manager about her behavior and they defended her. A report to the BBB is about the only thing left to do at this point.
