Paul and the team have been managing my investments for more than ten years. In that time we've had a few issues but each time things are handled quickly, efficiently and properly. The hardest part of being a landlord is tenant selection. This is the real value in what APS does for me. I provide a nice home and they provide a great tenant. To sum it up, integrity.
