I'm really surprised by the negative reviews that I read. Our property management was changed multiple times during the three years that we lived in the same property. All Property Services was the last, and by far, the best. Our lease was managed by them for three months before we bought our first house and decided to move. All Property Services took over the management of the house we rent from another management company who was horrible. Our manager, Elli, and Dan and Dave in maintenance have provided the most excellent service that we could ask for. As an example, yesterday when temps were in the high 90s our air conditioning stopped working. We left a message on Elli's voicemail and within 10 minutes we received a call from the HVAC company to let us know that a technician was on his way.
