Do not use this company to take care of your property. After having them manage our rental for many years they did not follow through after our last tenant moved out. $1500 in damage from the tenants, and All Property said “oh well.” No loyalty as a customer using their service for over 14 years. Very unprofessional! I would suggest using another property management. There are others to choose from in Northern CO.

We would think the 14 years of previous good service we have provided would have been taken into consideration before rating us so poorly. At the end of the day, it’s not that we don’t care but we are not responsible for bad tenants or their actions or the money they owe beyond their security deposit. Wendy and the team at All Property Services were fantastic throughout our time renting. Any time we had questions or maintenance requests, we reached out and were met with timely and helpful responses. We ended up buying a place so we moved out recently, but would highly recommend renting a property managed by All Property Services if needing to rent in the Fort Collins area.
As a property owner, I would highly recommend All Property Services! Paul and Diana have taken great care of me, my properties, and my tenants for years, and their communication is top-notch.
Wendy and the staff at APS have been nothing but good to us. When we had a sudden change in roommates near the end of our lease, Wendy was more than willing to sit down with me and work out what I had to do next. All our maintenance requests were answered within 24 hours or less (including when the heater decided to break in the middle of winter) and any additional questions I may have had were always answered promptly.
