Wendy and the team at All Property Services were fantastic throughout our time renting. Any time we had questions or maintenance requests, we reached out and were met with timely and helpful responses. We ended up buying a place so we moved out recently, but would highly recommend renting a property managed by All Property Services if needing to rent in the Fort Collins area.
As a property owner, I would highly recommend All Property Services! Paul and Diana have taken great care of me, my properties, and my tenants for years, and their communication is top-notch.
Wendy and the staff at APS have been nothing but good to us. When we had a sudden change in roommates near the end of our lease, Wendy was more than willing to sit down with me and work out what I had to do next. All our maintenance requests were answered within 24 hours or less (including when the heater decided to break in the middle of winter) and any additional questions I may have had were always answered promptly. Thank you APS and Wendy, we appreciate you!
