This place is the worst place , the sales manager Joe Fischer is a lying piece of shit !!! Promises you the world & once he has your money don't give a crap about you . Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership !!! Wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worse enemy !!! If you want a car don't buy it from him !!! All together this dealer sucks & I will never buy a car here again nor will I recommend this dealer to anyone !!!
Brought my car in for my complimentary first oil change. Service manager backed into my car causing damage. Told him I was going on vacation for a week. He told me he would pick up the accident report. Figured I would give him a couple of days to call me back after I got back. No call back. Called Monday and Friday and left messages. Nothing. Just picked up a new Ford Edge. Worked with Steve Pezzuti. He could not of been more professional and easy to work with. There were a couple bumps along the way that he was able to smooth out to make this an easy process. No pressure from a car salesman. Gotta love it. Thanks Steve.
