Awesome dealership! Anyone looking for a new or used vehicle go to All American Ford in Hackensack, great family oriented staff! There Internet sales department helped me over the phone established a payment, Maleni did a virtual tour of the vehicle with me over the phone (she had me at face time!) This was one of the most exciting, fast, and smooth buying experience i have ever had.

Had our car serviced in Hackensack location and had a great experience. We were in and out in a timely manner, repair was priced fairly, staff was polite and professional. What more could we ask for?
Had to get my car serviced before a last minute trip to Connecticut! With our new baby in the car we always like to make sure our vehicle is 100% safe for long rides! Thought I was going to be stuck waiting for a long time but the service team a AAF Hackensack had me in and out faster than I could ever imagine. While waiting in the lobby the wonderful reception staff made it comfortable for me and my son offering us water and snacks while we waited!
I recently had my car serviced at the service center and the experience could not have been better. The gentleman that helped me was well informed and very helpful. My vehicle was brought back into tip top shape and I was given the information needed to keep it running that way. I will definitely continue using this location for service.
